Customers who choose to access the website do it on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with their state’s applicable laws and taxes.  Safa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT - Customers are required to have a valid business license to place an order. Safa Goods reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a valid business license. Safa reserves the right to cancel any orders that are found to be placed by non-qualified accounts.

The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring all products purchased are in compliance with the laws of the states they are selling to. Safa Goods sells to distributors in each state, but Customer is required to follow the laws and not sell to retailers or consumers if not in accordance with the laws. Customer is also responsible for their state’s taxes. Safa will not take a return on any products due to the changes in state laws.

SALES TAX DISCLAIMER

SAFA collects and remits taxes for some states depending on their state’s laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by the laws in the state in which they are purchasing the product. The Customer is responsible for reporting, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes due for their purchase(s).

For International Customers, the Customer is the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other associated fees by the destination country that will be the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

NOTICE TO NEBRASKA CUSTOMERS The Nebraska Directory of Certified Electronic Nicotine Product Manufacturers and Brands, issued on October 3, 2025, can be found at the following link: https://revenue.nebraska.gov/businesses/cigarettes-other-tobacco-products.

All Retail and Distribution Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Nebraska state law, including selling and distributing items that are authorized and listed in the Nebraska Directory. Safa Goods, LLC does not assume responsibility for.

NOTICE TO MISSISSIPPI CUSTOMERS Pursuant to Mississippi House Bill 916 (HB 916), distributors take full liability for ensuring that only authorized electronic nicotine products are sold or distributed into the State of Mississippi. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS SAFA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SITE USING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ACCOUNT
